For weddings and elopements, the further out the better. I am booking into 2027. For engagements and couple sessions, at least a month out. but again, the further out the better! Dates are first come, first serve.

An intimate wedding is any gathering of up to 25 people. These usually have aspects of more traditional weddings with the possibility of a bridal party, a ceremony, and reception. One way to look at it is a middle ground between eloping on your own and a full sized wedding. Also, intimate weddings may take place in more non-conventional places like a large Air Bnb in the woods, a cabin in Big Sur, or a worldwide destination.

I require 25% deposit at time of booking to secure your date and the rest two weeks prior to event date.

Permits aren’t always required, but doing due diligence to secure them when needed can help avoid any issues on the day of your elopement. Requirements for permits vary for each location even within the state and federal lands. We are well versed in navigating the needed permits and I can help guide you through any necessary processes.
