Engagement Shoot at Alice Keck Park, Santa Barbara, CA

A mildly chaotic start to this photo shoot—we had planned to head up to Lizard’s Mouth at sunset, but Santa Barbara’s beautiful May Gray had other plans. We pivoted to Alice Keck Park, only to find that half the park was under construction. Thankfully, K + R were down for anything, and we decided to see if we could make it work.

The best part of the day? The duck pond. K + R both have a deep love of birds and completely lit up when we stumbled across the ducks swimming near the gazebo. These turned into some of my favorite photos of the entire session.
